Food and Accommodation



We understand that for a 4 week-long training program, you need a comfortable stay. Students are provided with fully furnished exclusive (one person in one room, not sharing or dormitory) luxurious rooms. Rooms are air conditioned with private bathroom with hot and cold running water and all modern amenities like wifi. etc. At our school (HYS) the staff is fully trained in all aspects of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Customer Care and Nutrition Festooned with tasteful decoration. Our school is located at Laxman Jhula. Rishikesh is famous all over the world as a spiritual town, The Yoga Capital of The World; Guests can take in the sights of nearby areas, such as the Parmarth niketan, Neelkanth mahadev temple, Swarga ashram, Gita bhawan etc.

We have a specific kitchen designed for our students. We ensure that during the yoga teacher training program, all food is sattwic (pure vegetarian) and prepared in hygienic conditions. We provide three meals and two teas every day. All meals are pure vegetarian and freshly prepared (not frozen) in line with the principles of yoga. There are many different varieties, so that students can enjoy different seasonal vegetables and fruits.
